To upload a photo to your profile page, press your avatar in the upper-right corner of any site page and choose 'My Profile' from the drop-down menu. Press the 'Add Photos' field or the 'My Photos' button in the upper left corner of your profile page.

To upload a photo from your hard drive, press the 'Upload Photos' button on the pop-up and choose the photo you want to upload.

Please note that your photo must be no less than 480 x 480 px, and no bigger than 12MB, in a .jpeg, .jpg, or .png format.

To take and upload a photo from your webcam, press the 'Webcam Photo' button.

You can upload as many photos as you want.

Your photo may have been rejected due to one or several main disapproval reasons. We reject:

• Group photos (shots of you with anyone else: friends, relatives, children etc.).
• Photos that are not yours (photos of your girlfriend/boyfriend or anyone of the opposite sex if you are registered as single).
• Photos containing personal information (including web links, IM numbers, email addresses, phone numbers or home addresses etc.).
• Photos containing images of weapons, drugs, alcohol or cigarettes.
• Photos containing illegal/inappropriate material (e.g. offensive gestures, violence or death).
• Photos of children or celebrities.
• Professional photos of models or photoshopped photos.
• Photos with no people/photos of nature/animals/drawings or graphics.

If you upload any of the types of photo listed above then our dedicated approval team will disapprove it from appearing on your profile.

We follow these guidelines to ensure our members gain maximum enjoyment from the site and that all photos on the site are genuine and legible, creating a fun and safe environment for everyone to meet new people.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Problems with uploading your photos may be due to:

- inappropriate format and/or photo size. You can upload images in a .jpeg, .jpg, or .png format. Size limits of no less than 480 x 480 px, and no bigger than 12MB are applied;

- your Internet browser is not working correctly. Check your Internet connection and make sure you're using the latest version of your browser, or try using a different one.

Please note that images must not be smaller than 480 x 480 px, and no bigger than 12MB.

To delete a photo, press your avatar in the upper-right corner of any site page and choose ‘My Profile’ from the drop-down menu. Press the ‘My Photos’ button in the upper-left corner of your profile page. Then guide the cursor to the photo you’d like to delete and press the cross to complete the action.

Or you can also press the ‘More options’ icon (three vertical dots) in the upper-right corner of any of your photos in the ‘My photos’ field and choose ‘Delete photo’.
